“As if I was a visual stenographer, I paint stories, poems, songs- confrontations, references too...I paint life. Walking during the night and day, “looking” at all I can visually record: the Market Place, the Mall, or Plaza; the corner, the cul-de-sac, or the alley in the city. Whether in the suburb or countryside- Either in the home or outside in one’s yard; single, together or torn apart- I am painting those evocative and visceral intimate moments when we all find ourselves vulnerable.”
